Dan Koch
Principal/Financial Advisor
I work in financial services, focusing on building meaningful relationships and creating personalized financial plans for families and individuals. I take the time to truly get to know each client so their plan reflects what matters most to them, both now and long term.
As a business owner for more than 20 years, I also understand the unique challenges and opportunities small business owners face. I enjoy helping clients navigate each stage of entrepreneurship, from getting started to planning for the future and eventual succession. I am registered as a General Securities Principal.
I live in Ocean City with my two daughters, Julia Bradley and Layla Harper Koch. Giving back is important to me, and I’ve had the privilege of serving on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations and advising charitable foundations. Most recently, I’ve been an ambassador and frequent speaker for the Gift of Life Foundation, where I advocate for the importance of organ donation.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me playing guitar, just enjoying the music — and always keeping an eye out for the next guitar to add to my collection.

Business Operations
My role at J. Bradley is to manage client relationships, ensuring clients feel informed, confident, and well supported in their accounts and investments. From there, I focus on what I do best: bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to the operational side of the business.
I’m a strategic operations executive and organizational development leader with a passion for helping mission-driven organizations work smarter, scale sustainably, and stay true to their purpose. Throughout my career, I’ve been known as the person who steps in when operations feel stuck or scattered and turns complex challenges into clear, workable solutions. I specialize in strategic planning, process optimization, and building strong teams and systems that support long-term growth, collaboration, and community impact.
I bring a practical, people-first approach to every engagement. I thrive on creating structure without bureaucracy, aligning strategy with execution, and helping leaders and teams do their best work with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me at the beach, in the kitchen cooking a great meal, or enjoying a glass of wine — preferably all three if possible. I love spending time with my rescue kitty, Marley, and I’m proudly stepping into my newest and favorite role yet: first-time grandmother (aka “Mimi”) to Brooke Everleigh. I’m also a diehard Philly sports fan — loyalty included.
